What was the highlight of Royal Decameron Punta Sal
Quite fair but not coming back
The waiters and waitresses were awesome, very kind and willing to help all the time.
The bracelet they put in the visitors is collected at the end, but if you lose it you pay $40 for a piece of plastic. Nobody says that to the visitors when checking in, and at the time you check out and you don´t have the bracelet, then you are charged the $40. Very bad from them not to warn the visitors of that at the time of arriving.

in all it was ok woud not go back
The food was good, the drinks as well, what i didn't like was the registration process at the hotels , the lack of communication from the staff but it seems to be a cultural issue, the fact you weren't allowed to take food to your room or any other place in the establishment, that does not happen, in other all inclusive hotels and in cruises, found that not normal, also they seem to have been low in staffing at the restaurants, bar and lacking alchol in the pool bar area. the beach was not something i cared fpr since the wave where extremely dangerous.

What was the highlight of Royal Decameron Punta Sal
What we expected.
Great staff, great attention, we were well taken care of. The facilities were fantastic, the staff was friendly, and the whole experience was very nice. Would definitely consider coming back. My son loved the pool, we loved that everything was there, and we definitely were able to relax.
The Plus zone was nice, though I'm not sure if the perks were worth the additional money. We would have to stay in the normal lodging to know for sure. The pool was nice, but the constant 30 songs in the playlist played at maximum volume for 12 hours a day was definitely annoying. Club songs about sex are not appropriate for a kids pool... The food was good, but the same food after 4 days did get old. There was very little variety as far as flavors go.

the property itself was great. the pool was also amazing. The staff once I was let in were great
I was not let in when I needed it. I tried to reach the property multiple times to switch my dates and there was no one that could help me. it was frustrating to make it so far and not be let it. it was also very scary
